Hi! I’m Ana Kiri and I want to teach you how to get fit with Shuffle Dance
First, a little background about myself: My dance education began when I was 4 years old and it continues to this day.
I experimented with many dance styles along the way, but I found my favorite to be shuffling because it is both a dance and workout at the same time.
